Hello and welcome to this post about my painting of Florence.
I painted this in the last year of high school (so the paintings on this blog are not necessarily in chronological order).
In grade 10, I went on a school field trip to Italy and France. Italy was my favourite country, and Florence was my favourite city within Italy. There was so much culture and artwork everywhere. The architecture was stunning, the city filled with history, and the vibe was unlike anything you can experience in North America.
Dimensions are 18×24", acrylic on cardstock.
